The Centre for Screening and Surgery (CSS) specialises in the screening and detection of cancer in its early stages. There is a cure rate of 90% or more for most cancers when detected early.
We perform breast screening with a high-resolution ultrasound machine and in-house mamotome biopsy equipment which detect potential breast cancers. We can also biopsy any suspicious lesion at the same time.
We use high-definition gastroscopy and colonoscopy to diagnose cancers or remove polyps, in addition to blood tests for tumour markers. When surgery is needed, we specialise in the minimally invasive approach, including robotic surgery, leading to less pain, a shorter recovery, and better cosmetic results.

Liver screening comprises a series of blood tests and/or imaging tests to determine the health of your liver.
There is an increase in the incidence of thyroid cancer. It presents as a lump in the neck. Diagnosis is made with an ultrasound and needle biopsy. Surgery can cure thyroid cancer with more than 90% success.
